For the Mopeka Pro Check social media campaign, our goal was to create clean, effective videos that highlight real-world uses of their propane sensor — from backyard grills to park picnics and tailgate adventures.

To make the most of one production day, we developed three unique scripts that shared one location, cast, and crew. By strategically storyboarding transitions, reworking camera setups on the fly, and blocking scenes for multiple angles, we were able to capture three complete narratives in a single 8-hour shoot.

From pre-production planning to color and delivery, this project is a great example of how thoughtful logistics and creative efficiency can maximize storytelling output without sacrificing quality.

Tested the new triple-lens system with up to 8x optical-quality zoom (thanks to the 120mm tetraprism lens). Shot entirely in Apple ProRes Log and color graded in DaVinci Resolve using custom LUTs and HDR pipeline.

From there, we crafted a visual storyline: sunrise on the marsh, families at Shem Creek, local cafés, splash pads, sunsets over shrimp boats, all through text prompts alone. The beauty of New Mexico 🏜️🌵

It was an adventure driving across the United States. Miles and miles of wind farms through Texas make you notice how much bigger our country is than we realize. The color palette and architecture in New Mexico was unique and a completely new experience than the very blue areas I am used to photographing/filming. I’m hoping these images bring a nice contrast to the waterways I usually post!
